This article could not have come at a better time for me. I can agree with or understand so many of the points made…. The article didn’t speak to me because it’s about becoming a strategic thinker. It spoke to me because it has allowed me to realize and accept many things that I have been dealing with lately. 

Passing this advice on to my friends, former classmates and fellow job hunters, the millennials. 

It’s okay to make mistakes, just learn from them. 
And stop dwelling on the negative emotions associated with such mistakes.
We are not entitled to success, we still must work hard to earn it.
Therefore, don’t feel upset or depressed that this success going to take time. 
Lots of time and experience. 

This is really just for myself… I need to stop being so afraid. I am so afraid of making mistakes that I keep myself from even having the opportunity to make them. At the same time, I am keeping myself from becoming successful. This is defeating me… 

Time for a new point of view.
